Are you ready to elevate your breakfast game? Of course you are! These sweet, soft treats will be a hit with the whole family, and the process of making them buns is just about as enjoyable as eating them.
The dough is made with warm milk, active dry yeast, honey, eggs, and melted, creating a soft and fluffy texture that will melt in your mouth. As the dough rises, the house will fill with the warm and inviting aroma of fresh bread. You’re welcome!
Once the dough is ready, it’s rolled out and filled with a mixture of brown sugar, honey, and cinnamon, before being rolled up and sliced into buns. The buns are then given a second rise before being baked to golden perfection.
Finally, a drizzle of a honey glaze is added to give these buns the perfect finishing touch. Serve them warm with a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy the heavenly combination of tender dough and sweet filling.
These buns are best served fresh, but can also be stored for a couple of days for later enjoyment.
