This smoothie is loaded with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that can help cleanse and detoxify your body.
Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach or kale leaves
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 inch piece of ginger, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 green apple, finely chopped (peel on)
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 kiwi
- Mint leaves from two sprigs of mint
- 1/2 cup coconut water
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all of the ingredients except the mint.
- Blend for 90 seconds
- Add two fistfuls of ice, all the mind, and blend for an additional 90 seconds
- Serve in cold glasses
