Description
The Emerald Elixir is a perfect St. Patrick’s Day cocktail featuring citron-flavored vodka for a light, refreshing flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of cucumber
- 5 basil leaves
- 8 mint leaves
- 50ml Absolut citron
- 25ml St Germain/Elderflower liqueur
- 25ml lemon juice
- 20ml simple syrup
Instructions
- Cut 2 thin slices of cucumber to reserve for garnish.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with mint, basil, liqueur, simple syrup and lemon juice, and shake. Add the vodka, and shake. Strain into glass with ice. Garnish cocktail with a cucumber slice.
